Refund policy

You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email arsperformanceanddetail@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before we reply with return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
